In an effort to stay true to our name, we tend to grow varieties that are different. Unique, heirloom varieties always capture our eye and tastebuds. 

We love the experimental design that farming offers - each season is the opportunity to grow something new and/or in a new way.

The seedlings of edible plants, microgreens are nutritional powerhouses! They have significantly more concentrated levels of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants than their adult counterparts - tiny but mighty! And can we say, delicious?!

Use these as a substitution for lettuce in a sandwich, on its own in a salad, or as a decorative garnish for your plate. 

The land is a natural garden all by itself, providing sustinance to the wild animals that call it home. So many of these plants are still unknown to humans, or just bypassed all together. However, there is so much flavor and nutrition to be found in the wild!
